These terms govern realfoodgroup.com and the Real Food Group iOS app. By using either, you agree to them.
The service
RFG is a membership map of farmers markets and related listings, including operator-confirmed open status when available. Status is informational. We do not guarantee that a market is open, that a vendor will be present, or that goods will be in stock. Always confirm locally when it matters.
Membership and trial
RFG+ is a subscription. New members get a 14-day free trial, then $10 per month or $60 per year (billed annually). Prices shown in the App Store or on the web at checkout control if they differ.
Subscribe in the iPhone app through Apple (StoreKit) or on the web through Stripe. You can hold one active membership; manage and cancel through the channel you used (App Store subscriptions or the Stripe customer portal). Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
Accounts
You may use the app as a guest or with Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete the in-app account from Settings; that does not cancel an Apple or Stripe subscription by itself.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, overload, or misuse the map or APIs, impersonate operators, or submit status you know is false. We may suspend access for abuse.
